Buffalo Wild Wings Staying on Top
Buffalo Wild Wings has done some fantastic things to change their landscape to make sure that they stay on top of the sports bar game. They have made vast improvements to their menus and their menu options and even what their waiters/waitresses attire is which their old uniform used to be a huge staple for them. But in order to stay on top there are a few things that Buffalo Wild Wings will need to do in order to improve.
One thing that Buffalo Wild Wings need to do is increase their social media presence. Right now they do not do much on social media. I think this is a big mistake for the sports bar. So many companies make their name just by posting sports clips and other things on facebook, twitter, and instagram. if Buffalo wild wings could promote their brand on social media it would be huge. I think a great strategy would be to post advertisements with coupons that can be used at the restaurant that way the company has a better idea of who is using the ads and if they are useful or not.
The Bob Menery partnership was huge for the company because of his huge social media presence. I think if Buffalo Wild Wings could work with Barstool sports they would maximize their potential for social media marketing. Barstool has millions of follows across Facebook, twitter, and instagram and if they would post just a few funny buffalo wild wing advertisements it would help Buffalo wild wings out tremendously.

Buffalo Wild Wings Renews NCAA Sponsorship
Many have known that Buffalo Wild Wings has always had advertisements for all NCAA major events. But few have known that Buffalo Wild Wings is the "OFFICIAL hangout of NCAA sports" this gives Bdubs the license to promote for over 90 NCAA championships alone!
The NCAA is a non-profit organization of colleges and universities committed to helping over 500,000 student athletes and over 1000 colleges and universities. The NCAA only partners with a select few other companies such as: AT&T, Capitol One, Coca-Cola, Allstate, Microsoft, Buick, Amazon, Infiniti, LG, Lowe's, Nabisco, Northwestern mutual, Reese's, and Unilever.
This Opportunity is huge for Buffalo Wild Wings because in case you didn't notice the NCAA does not have a partnership with any other food chain. This gives Buffalo Wild Wings a huge advantage when advertising for NCAA events and gives them the upper hand. For example in the United States the Final Four is the second most popular sporting event in the country and the tournament goes on for a month and has 32 games.

Buffalo Wild Wings All American Cheese Burger
Buffalo wild wings now adds a cheese burger to their menu. Doesn't seem to make much sense since they are known for their wings and have never had a burger or anything like it before on their menu. Why the change and such a huge emphasis on the product in the media?
The reason for the change was because in 2017 and 2018 the brand was struggling to grow. They said that they struggled to meet the expectations of millennial's. So this sparked some huge change in the company that all started in march of 2019 for the start of the busiest weeks of the year for Buffalo Wild Wings. this was an extremely bold move by the companies CEO but he believed that this time would make the biggest impact because they will be in front of the most number of people.
This turned out to be a huge success. the burger has become the hottest selling item on the menu other than the wings of course. B-Dub's also introduced several other items that have made a huge splash like new salsa, new queso, new ultimate nachos, and many changes to their beverage menu. This has helped the company grow like they did back in 2012.

Bob Menery the voice of B dubs
Who is Bob Menery? Bob Menery is a comedian who does voice overs for some of the funniest moments in sports. Bob wasn't always such a huge sensation but since 2017 he has racked up over 2 million followers on twitter alone.
Before Bob got his start in comedy he was a caddie at Wilshire Country Club in Los Angeles. he said he was a caddie for Aaron Rodgers at least 10 times. After some time Bob posted a video of himself that most thought sounded like he had been announcing sports events for 20 years, the video went viral and within hours Bob had hundreds of calls from different sports organizations. Although Bob wasn't all interested in announcing games he moved back east and tried to pursue comedy.
Bob now has his own website where he has trade marked a lot of his own slang terms and has tons of merchandise that typically sells out within a matter of hours of being released. people also have an option to send Bob a video and he will do a comedic voice over for you for a small fee.
Now Buffalo Wild Wings stuck a huge deal with Bob who now is going to be doing all of the commercials for the company going forward. This deal was first struck in March of 2019 before the NCAA March Madness tournament.
This deal is huge for Buffalo Wild Wings because their social media footprint is so small and Bob has such a huge reach that his fans support alone will be a huge difference maker for the company. Great job B Dubs.
